SignHealth is a unique deaf-led charity dedicated to tackling health inequalities faced by the deaf community. Offering services in psychological therapy, domestic abuse support, children and young people, and social care, it is a leading national employer for deaf and disabled people, with 75% of its 200+ workforce being deaf.

Amanprit serves as Vice-Chair and Chair of the People and Pay Committee, which she established. She leads on People Strategy, CEO and Board recruitment, talent development, EDI and Human Resources. With strong governance skills, she challenges and guides SignHealth’s vision for growth.

In 2019, SignHealth won the Board Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Award at the Charity Governance Awards. We were shortlisted again in 2024 and received a special commendation for continuing excellence.
