Property X-Change

Amanprit led the vision and delivery of Property X-Change, a platform empowering diverse voices to create vibrant, thriving places and better high streets across London. The initiative shared exemplary practices for delivering social value and fostering diversity through high street property assets. It improved our understanding of how innovative approaches can bring local benefits and opportunities while ensuring a commercial return.

Amanprit commissioned, co-ordinated and managed four consultants across various disciplines, including brand identity, digital platform development, and content creation. The project also built an inclusive network of 800 high street champions, hosting 40 knowledge exchanges in just one year. Strategic partnerships with the property sector were established through a targeted PR campaign, broadening audiences and encouraging fresh perspectives.

The programme’s delivery involved monitoring and evaluation, business planning, and strategic foresight to elevate Property X-Change to the next level. Building on the success of the pilot, the initiative contributed to the London Growth Plan, by implementing the platform as a publicly owned ‘high street estate agent’.
